Genomics 2019

About Conference

Conference Series llc LTD invites all the participants from all over the world to attend 11th International Conference on Genomics & Molecular Biology' during April 15-17 2019 Berlin, Germany. which includes prompt keynote presentations, Oral talks, Poster presentations and Exhibitions.

Genomics-2019 Genomics is an area within genetics that concerns the sequencing and analysis of an organism’s genome. Genomics also involves the study of intragenomic processes such as epistasis, heterosis and pleiotropy as well as the interactions between loci and alleles within the genome. The fields of molecular biology and genetics are mainly concerned with the study of the role and function of single genes, a major topic in today’s biomedical research. By contrast, genomics does not involve single gene research unless the purpose is to understand a single gene’s effects in context of the entire genome.

ConferenceSeries Ltd organizes a conference series of 1000+ Global Events inclusive of 300+ Conferences, 500+ Upcoming and Previous Symposiums and Workshops in USA, Europe & Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and publishes 700+ Open access journals which contains over 30000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board members.

Genomics

Genomics is an interdisciplinary field of science concentrating on the structure, work, advancement, mapping, and altering of genomes. A genome is a life form's entire arrangement of DNA, including the greater part of its qualities. Rather than hereditary qualities, which alludes to the investigation of individual qualities and their parts in legacy, genomics goes for the aggregate portrayal and evaluation of qualities, which coordinate the generation of proteins with the help of compounds and ambassador particles. Thus, proteins make up body structures, for example, organs and tissues and additionally control concoction responses and convey motions between cells. Genomics likewise includes the sequencing and examination of genomes through employments of high throughput DNA sequencing and bioinformatics to collect and break down the capacity and structure of whole genomes.

Molecular Biology

Molecular biology concerns the molecular basis of biological activity between the various systems of a cell, including the interactions between the different types of DNA, RNA and proteins and their biosynthesis, and studies how these interactions are regulated. It has many applications like in gene finding, molecular mechanisms of diseases and its therapeutic approaches by cloning, expression and regulation of gene. Research area includes gene expression, epigenetics and chromatin structure and function, RNA processing, functions of non-coding RNAs, transcription. Nowadays, Most advaced researches are going on these topics: Molecular biology, DNA replication, repair and recombination, Transcription, RNA processing, Post-translational modification, proteomics, Mutation, Site-directed mutagenesis, Epigenetics, chromatin structure and function, Molecular mechanisms of diseases.

Stem Cell Biology

Stem cells are cells originate in all multi-cellular organisms. They were isolated in mice in 1981 and in humans in 1998. In humans there are several types of stem cells, each with variable levels of potency. Stem cell treatments are a type of cell therapy that introduces new cells into adult bodies for possible treatment of cancer, diabetes, neurological disorders and other medical conditions. Stem cells have been used to repair tissue damaged by disease or age. In a developing embryo, stem cells can differentiate into all the specialized cells—ectoderm, endoderm and mesoderm, but also maintain the normal turnover of regenerative organs, such as blood, skin, or intestinal tissues.

Micro RNA

MicroRNAs comprise a novel class of small, non-coding endogenous RNAs that regulate gene expression by directing their target mRNAs for degradation or translational repression. miRNAs represent small RNA molecules encoded in the genomes of plants and animals. These highly conserved 22 nucleotides long RNA sequences regulate the expression of genes by binding to the 3'-untranslated regions (3'-UTR) of specific mRNAs. A growing body of evidence shows that mRNAs are one of the key players in cell differentiation and growth, mobility and apoptosis.

Biomarkers

Biomarkers can be trademark organic properties or particles that can be distinguished and measured in parts of the body such as the blood or tissue. Biomarkers can be particular cells, atoms, or qualities, quality items, chemicals, or hormones. Atomic marker is a section of DNA that is connected with a specific area inside of the genome. Atomic markers are utilized as a part of sub-atomic science and biotechnology to distinguish a specific grouping of DNA in a pool of obscure DNA.

Microbial Genomics

Microbial Genomics applies recombinant DNA, DNA sequencing routines, and bioinformatics to succession, gather, and dissect the capacity and structure of genomes in organisms. Amid the previous 10 years, genomics-based methodologies have profoundly affected the field of microbiology and our comprehension of microbial species. In view of their bigger genome sizes, genome sequencing endeavor on growths and unicellular eukaryotes were slower to begin than ventures concentrated on prokaryotes.

Genome Engineering

Genome engineering refers to the strategies and techniques developed in recent years for the targeted, specific modification of the genetic information or genome of living organisms. The CRISPR-cas9 system makes gene editing in many organisms and cells like our own egg, sperm or embryo — more efficient, accessible and simple than ever before. These ground-breaking capabilities have spawned discussions surrounding the ethics and applications of the new system, and have garnered significant attention around the world to ensure ethically correct usage.

Future Trends in Genomics

Genomics research holds the key to meeting many of the challenges of the coming years. At the moment, the biggest challenge is in data analysis. We can generate large amounts of data very inexpensively, but that overwhelms our capacity to understand it. The major challenge of the Genome Research is we need to infuse genomic information into medical practice, which is really hard. There are issues around confidentiality, education, electronic medical records, how to carry genomic information throughout lifespan and make it available to physicians.

Why to attend???

Meet your target market with members from around the world focused on learning about Advertising and marketing, this is the single best opportunity to reach the largest assemblage of participants from the genetics community. The meeting engrossed a vicinity of cognizant discussions on novel subjects like Genomics and Molecular Biology, Cancer Genomics, Plant Genomics, Functional Genomics, Next Generation Sequencing, Biomarkers & Molecular Markers, Bioinformatics in Genomics, and Comparative Genomics to mention a few. The three days event implants a firm relation of upcoming strategies in the field of Genomics and Molecular Biology with the scientific community. The conceptual and applicable knowledge shared, will also foster organizational collaborations to nurture scientific accelerations. Conduct demonstrations, distribute information, meet with current and potential customers, make a splash with a new product line, and receive name recognition.

Glance at Global Genomics Market:

The global market for genomics is expected to reach USD 22.1 billion by 2020, growing at an estimated CAGR of 10.3% from 2014 to 2020, according to a new study by Grand View Research, Inc. Genomics play an imperative role in the field of infectious disease testing by enabling the use of fast and effective result rendering molecular diagnostic tests. This, coupled with growing prevalence of infectious diseases and hospital acquired infections is expected to drive market growth during the forecast period. Other driving factors for this market include decreasing prices of DNA sequencing, increasing demand for genome analysis in animal and plant feedstock, extensive presence of both private and public external funding programs and growing patient awareness levels. In addition, presence of untapped growth opportunities in emerging countries such as India, Brazil and China and the increasing health awareness are expected to serve this market as future growth opportunities.

Genomics based diagnostics dominated the overall market in terms of revenue at 36.4% in 2013 majorly owing to the presence of a relatively larger number of R&D programs. Genomics based personalized medicine segment on the other hand is expected to grow at the fastest CAGR of over 12.0% from 2014 to 2020 due to increasing demand for population based therapeutic solutions and subsequent increase in R&D initiatives.
